We are pleased to announce that HFMA recently launched the new 2021 HFMA Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) certification online training program. The content is largely the same, but does contain a few clarifications, corrections and updated references. The new format we feel provides much better functionality as well as a better user experience - sample new course view included below.
What is the impact to HFMA learners?
- Existing progress was not transferred to the new course, so learners will need to re-enroll*. Learners may re-enroll in the new 2021 CRCR version here via the eLearning dashboard.
