What do you plan to accomplish in your profession?

I'm new here, but really excited to join the discussion. As a phlebotomist, my goal is to keep growing professionally and personally. Sure, getting a higher salary is a big part of it—after all, who doesn't want find out how to Increase Your Salary? But beyond that, I'm keen on expanding my skills, maybe even exploring advanced certifications like HFMA offers. It's not just about the paycheck for me; it's about feeling challenged and respected in my role. Excited to hear everyone's goals and stories!
