Showcase Your HFMA Achievement with a Digital Badge!

Did you know? When HFMA learners successfully complete the HFMA Business of Health Care® course and HFMA certifications (all certifications) they earn a digital badge. The digital badge is offered in addition to the downloadable congratulatory letter and program certificate. Upon successful program completion the learner will receive an email from the Credly (previously Acclaim) platform (admin@credly.com) inviting them to create an account and download their personal certification badge(s). The invitation email is typically received within 10 days of successful program completion.

HFMA endorsed digital badges are convenient and portable allowing individuals to display their achievements in an email signature or LinkedIn profile, resume or anywhere that they want to be recognized for attaining a new level of knowledge or a specific skill set. HFMA digital badges:

  • Increase credibility. An HFMA credential validates that the learner has the education needed to succeed in their field.
  • Position themselves advancement. Show managers they are committed to staying up to date in their profession.
  • Differentiate themselves in the job market. Maintain the proficiencies leaders in the field are seeking to meet their organizational goals.

Showcase the badge: The digital badge enables the learner to manage, share and verify competencies digitally. Representing the skills as a badge gives the individual a way to share abilities online in a way that is simple, trusted and can be easily verified. Badges provide employers and peers concrete evidence of what the learner had to do to earn the credential and what they are now capable of. Share and use this information provided by Credly with your members Sharing to Social Media – Credly, Inc. - the earner can share their badges with anyone via:

  • LinkedIn

After sharing, any viewer can click on the digital badge and will be taken back to Credly to view the details of the achievement.
