HFMA is excited to introduce the Certified Specialist Ambulatory Practice Management (CSAPM) certification!
This new specialty certification focuses on enhancing revenue cycle activities to improve the management of ambulatory practices.
Learning objectives:
- Implement the key elements of patient registration, accounts receivable and collection processing
- Identify the key contributory elements of evaluation and management services
- Define ratios valuable in monitoring financial performance of a practice
- Identify processes for evaluating a contract, legal and regulatory compliance
- Identify elements of strategic planning, information technology and the role of marketing
Program Access:
- Members: Included as part of membership for all-access professional, business partner, student, faculty, and enterprise members.
- Non-Members: Registration fee of $399 grants 12 months of access from the enrollment date.
Certification Process:
- Earn the CSAPM designation by successfully completing the CSAPM exam.
- Recipients will receive a CSAPM CPE certificate, a digital badge, and the official designation.
