Hello all! I am a manager of the Price Estimates department of a large healthcare system in the midwest. I am working on my second MBA (first was in healthcare admin, this one is in organizational leadership). My career drive is to become an executive director (two levels above my current role) within the next 5-8 years. What certification should I get first to help me along this journey?
