My goal is to earn my CHFP with HFMA. I completed the first step of that goal in January by obtaining my CSPR. I received the email with my certificate, but it is showing as incomplete in my profile. Attempted to reach out to info@hfma.org, and received a message failure. Who can I reach out to?
