Can someone please tell me what's going on with the Certification maintenance. I received an email stating that I needed to update my contact hours to maintain my certification status, and then later received another email stating, oops sorry we made a mistake, you are good for the next three years, and now today I received a FINAL NOTICE to update my certification hours or I will lose my certification. Which is it, and why am I receiving conflicting messages. Can someone please reach out to me and let me know, thanks.
