I’m inquiring about what certifications I need to become  Revenue Cycle Manager? Any tips you can give would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi Shirley,

    I had sent an email to chapter relations a few weeks ago on the topic of certification and their suggested remedy didn't solve my issue; I am the chair of certification for the Metro NY Chapter but recently I have been unable to access any reports from the association's website. I did see I have the proper designation that I should be able to run reports, but I cannot, if you can please look into this it would be greatly appreciated. Regards Mario DiFiglia, FHFMA
